Hi, I’m Lindsey.

I’m an operations expert who helps teams work better together. Think budgeting, procurement, documentation, staffing coordination, and keeping programs moving when things get complex. My background in design and design operations shapes how I approach all of it, with clarity, empathy, and systems that people enjoy using. I’m also deeply interested in how AI can support documentation, sense-making, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps teams move faster with less friction.

I’ve worked across research, marketing, product, and creative teams, and I thrive in environments where collaboration, trust, and good judgment matter.
